12. Ask for a Price Adjustment
The Victoria’s Secret Semiannual Sale is notorious for two things: selling out of sizes quickly and lower prices as the sale progresses. At the very beginning of the sale, you’ll be tempted to tell yourself to wait for the prices to go down. But don’t. Snatch up those deals, even though the price will probably go down.
Because if within 14 days of the ship date, your exact item (style, color, size) drops below what you paid, Victoria’s Secret issues a price adjustment. And it doesn’t just apply to those items purchased during the Semiannual Sale but other times all year, excluding limited-time offers, promotions and flash sales.
Tip: If you find an item in-store that’s priced higher than the same item at VictoriasSecret.com, ask for the price online when you check out.
13. Know the 90-day Victoria’s Secret Return Policy
If you decide within three months of purchasing an item from Victoria’s Secret, for whatever reason, you’re not stuck with it. You can return that item within 90 days of purchase. They credit the amount to the original form of payment you used. And Victoria’s Secret stellar return policy doesn’t end there.
Let’s say it’s past 90 days and you just don’t feel right about your purchase. You’re still in luck. The difference, however, is they issue the amount of your refund to a Victoria’s Secret Gift Card.
Can You Return a Bra to Victoria’s Secret?
According to Victoria’s Secret, ALL items are eligible for a return, as long as it complies with their return policy. So, this includes bras. The only exceptions are if you cut or remove the sewn-in garment tag, or purchase items in-store and return them by mail, or remove the “Required for Return” tag.

Although not immediately discoverable on the website, the Victoria’s Secret Clearance section hosts loads of deep discounts. For example, we fell madly in love with the Victoria’s Secret Unlined Soft Wireless Lounge Bra and have paid full price for them at $34.50 each. In the clearance section, we found our sizes for just $9.99 — that’s a 70% markdown!
15. Shop a Victoria’s Secret Outlet Store
Although you won’t find a Victoria’s Secret Outlet store location on every corner — there are fewer than nine of them — they’re spread out across the U.S. from Washington and California on the West Coast to New York and Florida on the East Coast with a smattering across the Midwest.
