Tennis-inspired fashion is *everywhere* | TheRecord.com

Tennis season is here, and everyone from pros to amateurs are flocking to the outdoor courts for a match — or for an #ootd pic. Lately, though, tennis style has been making its way off the court and inspiring all of us to dress the part.

You’d think after a few years of lounging in sweatpants we’d be ready to say goodbye to athleisure, but spring 2022 has seen activewear kicked up a notch. Designers are presenting ultra-stylish tennis-inspired pieces for play and work, from Bottega Veneta to Dior to the recent Chanel Cruise show in Monte Carlo. And the trend has been trickling down to the fashion market, too, offering shoppers (demi-)performance tennis capsule collections. Michael Kors has teamed up with luxe Italian sports label Ellesse for a capsule collection that features a modern take on ’70s athletic styles, and Parisian brand Casablanca recently collaborated with Italian jewelry house Bulgari on a tennis-inspired capsule collection.

Whether you’re thinking about picking up a racket, already have your court times booked or just want to look the part, read on for the coolest tennis style pieces to serve up on and/or off the courts.
